Role of Career Guidance

Most of the students feels like defeated when it comes to choose a career. They quit before they start and and start feeling that they are not going to excel anywhere. Others are there to defeat us we can't do anything. This is a big problem with students because of this only failures are seen from time to time. Here career guidance plays an important role in making right decisions and this helps the students in developing positive approach. Friends and family are also considered as a career guide but as they know you well there is no guarantee that they will provide you with right solutions. This can be difficult if you are facing issues or questions from yourself about your career path. Career guidance set your mind on the right path and innovate you to move in that direction. A good advice is expected from a career guidance since they provide you with the options available and give you a concrete idea in making career decisions.
