Everyone is anxious on Interview. Isn’t it? It makes interviewer to feel difficult. So, remember to stay pleasantly optimistic. Never recite answers for general interview questions. Just rehearse your answers. Do not talk about yourself too much. The interviewer might think you talk in vain. Answers should be short and sweet. It should not exceed two minutes. Tell Me About Yourself:

Here, you got a chance to express your thoughts and about your accomplishments and your skills. Just be honest. Don’t recap your life stories. The thing here is you have to match your qualifications to what the interviewer is looking for. So do a little research about the interviewer/organization’s needs and requirements. Be sure to demonstrate with specific examples of your responsibilities and especially your achievements. But these examples should present you as a perfect match for the needs of an organization.

What are your strengths?

This may appear as a trap for us. All the employers wish that their employees should have distinguishable attributes from others. Remember the thing; our strengths should match to the needs of an organization. This is our main strategy to attain the success.

So, you may say like, ‘your honesty, intelligence, integrity, positive attitude, sense of humor, good communication skills, dedication, enthusiasm, like-ability, leadership skills, interpersonal skills, willingness, etc.’

What are your weaknesses?

This is a trap question. You should mind to answer this. Mask your strength as a weakness.

You can say like ‘No body is perfect under the sky. As I have been told about this position, I know that I can make an excellent match to this position. I have the better qualification skills and also strong motivation to do this job. So, I am granted this opportunity to work for your organization, I will do my level best to deliver an efficient outcome.’

Why should I hire you?

As aforementioned, we should know the requirements of an interviewer. If we recognize the needs and requirements, we can escape from this eliminator question. By conveying smartest examples or experiences of yours, you can make the interviewer satisfy.


Why do you want to work for our company?

Here, the little research before the interview will help us to win a goal. Tell him about that organization’s branches, excellent turnover, annual reports, ranking in the market, current projects.

Refer corporate newspapers, articles, advertisements about the company on the internet. This will help you to get through this.

Estimate the company’s culture. That would look upon your interests.

You should be prepared for this question. How your roll model’s qualities, words, attributes make you inspire your accomplishments. Your answer should match to the needs of the organization.

What was the toughest decision you ever made?

Be prepared with the good answer. Explain what did you do in that situation, how you managed to get rid of that problem, how you achieved a great accomplishment by your excellent decision making.
